Balancing Material Provocations with Long-Term Endurance
Transforming an 1894 printing factory loft in Lower Manhattan into an ultra-minimalist gallery residence required balancing industrial authenticity with tectonic stone warmth.
The specification centered around GRANIDE Black Galaxy polished gang-saw slabs for the monolithic 16-foot kitchen island, paired with flamed Kadappa Black limestone wall cladding in the subterranean spa wet room.
Each slab was inspected at our Hyderabad facility with digital slab photos approved by the architectural client prior to ocean container crating.
